    It must be the preservatives since this can survive being unrefrigerated. It's terribly oily for TURKEY pepperoni, both before and after baking, so I don't think this will be what you're looking for compared to what you'd buy at the grocery store, which is 50% less fat.

    I'm happy with my pizza again! I gave up pork years ago, but had a hard time fully enjoying pizza without pepperoni, my second favorite topping after the cheese!
