This sausage is awesome on a charcuterie board. I paired it with pepper jack cheese and crackers and everyone asked where I got it. It's spicy but in a good way. Only downside is the casing is a bit tough, but still worth it.
Took this on a three-day camping trip and it was a total lifesaver. No need to refrigerate, and the flavor held up even in the heat. Everyone was asking where I got it.
