Very impressed. Didn’t expect such good flavor from something shelf-stable. I sliced it up for a weekend road trip, and it was a hit with the whole family. Great texture and just the right amount of heat.

This sausage is awesome on a charcuterie board. I paired it with pepper jack cheese and crackers and everyone asked where I got it. It’s spicy but in a good way. Only downside is the casing is a bit tough, but still worth it.
