Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls
| 1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
| ¼ cup | melted butter or margarine |
| 2 Tbsp | granulated sugar |
| 1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 1 cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
| ¼ cup | chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) |
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar mixed with 1-2 tablespoons milk or water. Lightly grease one 9-inch metal cake pan and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle. If the dough shrinks back after rolling, let it rest for 5 minutes and then continue rolling. Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Top evenly with chocolate chips and optional nuts. Roll up the dough starting at the short end and seal the edges. Cut the dough log into 6 equal slices. Place slices cut-side up and evenly spaced in the prepared pan. Brush the dough with the remaining melted butter or margarine. Let the rolls rise until doubled in size and the pan is filled. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, brush with melted butter or margarine, and drizzle with glaze if desired.
