Separate 25 Bridgford White Whole Wheat Breadsticks and place them on a lightly floured work surface. Allow the dough to thaw slightly until it becomes pliable. Lightly grease the sheet pans. Wrap one breadstick around each hot dog, then place the wrapped hot dogs on the prepared sheet pans, leaving 1 to 2 inches of space between each one.

Brush the dough with melted butter or margarine and allow it to rise in a warm place for 30 to 60 minutes, or until puffy. Using a toothpick, make two small holes at one end of each breadstick to form the eyes. Press one raisin half into each hole to create the bookworm's eyes.

Bake in a preheated 325 degree convection oven or a 375 degree conventional oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the hot dogs are heated through.

One breadstick provides 1 ounce equivalent grain serving.
